I grew up in the Binghamton NY area and still go home to visit at times. Always stop at Lupo’s and buy this stuff by the gallon as well as buy a sub to bring home with me. I grew up on these and it’s one of my favorite foods! Lupo’s is the best, there’re a lot of spiedie places around the area but nothing compares to Lupo’s!

The BEST chicken marinade EVER!!! I marinade chicken breasts in it a couple days and cook them on a grill (indoor or out), cut up in pieces and toss in a salad and I’ve got a satisfying low calorie healthy meal and I never get tired of it. Everyone I’ve served it to loves it, too!
