Spiedies (pronounced “spee-dees”):
Marinated cubes of meat cooked on a skewer.

Originally from Italy, this delicacy was founded in the Broome County area of Upstate New York and it’s popularity has expanded down the East Coast.  Traditionally, Spiedies were made from lamb. Today you will find them made of lamb, pork, chicken. The cubes of meat are marinated in sauces as varied as the types of people who enjoy them. They have become so popular that an annual Spiedie Festival is held every summer for over the last 30 years. The Spiedie, along with the Original Lupo’s Spiedie Marinade, was crafted at Lupo’s Quality Meat Market over 70 years ago. These many years has seen family restaurants, a USDA meat plant, and an FDA inspected bottling facility. Lupo’s is family owned and operated by Sam Jr, Steve, and Eliott, sons and grandson of Sam Sr.

On our branded label, your name will appear along with net weight, sell by date, pound price, net retail price and bar code. Also included is nutrition and ingredient information as well as safe handling and any allergen statement.
We currently do not sell in your area as we sell mainly in Upstate New York and as far south as Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

We have chicken breast cut cubes available. The size is random, approximately 1.25 inch cubes.
Lupo’s is USDA inspected, 5275 and P5275, SQF & HACCP Certified and Third Party audited.
The Lupo’s signature item, chicken and pork Spiedies, are also available upon request in lamb.
